Peak Systems Co. was built from real-world experience—not theory.
Founded by Megan Olmstead, Peak Systems was developed through hands-on work operating service-based businesses across Alaska, working inside homes, short-term rentals, and commercial facilities. This experience provided a clear view into where systems break down—and how inefficiencies quietly cost businesses time, money, and consistency.
Many operations, especially in smaller or high-demand environments, are doing their best with limited staff, inconsistent processes, and systems that don’t hold up in real-world conditions.
Because the truth is—most systems look good on paper, but fail in execution.
With firsthand experience operating within a Fortune 500 logistics company known for its disciplined systems and performance standards, combined with a background as a National Emergency Medical Technician, Megan brings a unique perspective to operational efficiency—where clarity, consistency, and performance under pressure matter.
